Registration
Is registration mandatory?
Yes. All attendees must register through the official website. Entry without registration will not be permitted.
What is the registration deadline?
Registrations close on 24 June 2026. No registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
I have registered but have not received confirmation. What should I do?
All participants who have successfully registered should have received a registration confirmation email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder as well, as the email may have been filtered there.
Your final invitation, which will include your QR code for entry, will be sent no later than 5 July 2026.
If you still cannot find the registration confirmation email after checking your Spam/Junk folder. You would have got email from info@jakartawelcomesmodi.com

How will I receive my confirmation?
Confirmation details will be sent to your registered email address.
Can I register additional family members?
Yes, you can add family members. However, children below 10 years of age are not allowed.
Event Attendance
What time should I arrive?
Reporting opens at 3.30 pm and will shut by 5.00 pm. To get the best seats, you may come as early as possible. We have a Concert by Rishi Singh followed by PM Modi ji’s speech.
Can I enter without my confirmation email?
No. Entry will only be permitted to registered attendees who have received a valid confirmation and carry valid identification.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No. Registrations are non-transferable and may be subject to identity verification.
Seating
Can I request front-row or special seating?
Seating arrangements will be on First Come First offered basis. So please ensure you report on time.
Can families sit together?
Since seating is on FIFO basis, and if you are at the registration desk together, you can choose to sit together.
Security
What identification should I bring?
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID matching your registration details.
What items are prohibited?
A detailed list of prohibited items will be shared with confirmed attendees before the event.
Photography & Interaction
Will there be an opportunity to meet Prime Minister Modi?
Any interaction with the Prime Minister is governed entirely by official protocol and security arrangements, and will not be possible.
Can I take photographs with Prime Minister Modi?
Photo opportunities are subject to official arrangements and, as such, will not be possible.

Registration does not automatically guarantee attendance. All registrations are subject to verification and approval in accordance with security requirements. The decision of the organizers and security authorities shall be final.

- 1Photo ID mandatory: every attendee must present a physical, government-issued photo ID (Passport, KTP, or KITAS) matching the name on their pass.
- 2Security screening: expect thorough airport-style security checks as per VVIP security protocols.
- 3Prohibited items: no bags, professional cameras, banners, or outside food/drinks will be allowed at the venue.
- 4Passes are non-transferable and strictly tied to the verified individual.
- 5Seating is auto-generated; no seating requests will be entertained. Admission is subject to venue capacity limits.
- 6Attendance grants permission to be photographed/filmed for official broadcast and promotional media.
